An occasion full of joy, pride and emotion

Recently, we were able to celebrate a special milestone together: The three apprentices from our women's empowerment project successfully completed their EBA textile practitioner training. At a farewell reception with graduates, mentors, and the education specialist at the KoKoTé manufactory, we looked back on the training period and many wonderful moments. At the same time, it was also a time to say goodbye.

For more than two years, our mentors accompanied the apprentices on their path to an independent professional life. The path was not always easy. All the more valuable are the many shared successes, the trust, and the mutual appreciation that shaped this time.

Saying goodbye is not easy, but the pride in their success is evident on everyone's faces.

A huge thank you to all mentors for your tireless dedication. With your commitment, you are an important support for our apprentices: in learning, in everyday life, and on their way into the professional world. We are delighted that the women's empowerment project can start its next phase with new participants from August.

Our training room in Schattdorf is much more than a place where general education, German, and mathematics are taught. It is a space for motivation, trust, personal development, and new perspectives.
