The story of Achinedu, learner

Something special for me is how birthdays are celebrated at JLT Company / KoKoTé.

I was very surprised when I didn't know this yet, because that day, during the morning break, there was a cake. Everyone on the team stood in a circle, Adnan gave me a leather ring he had made for me, and the whole team gave me a rose and a card signed by everyone. When everyone sang "Happy Birthday," I started to cry.

It had been so long since my birthday was celebrated.

In summer 2024, I began my apprenticeship as a textile practitioner (EBA) at KoKoTé. I have now successfully completed the first year of my apprenticeship and am looking forward to the second year. My hope is to receive my diploma next year.
