10th Anniversary of the Association Equilibre

10 years of Association Equilibre – a success story enters its second round

Last week we proudly celebrated our tenth anniversary. We met at the KoKoTé bag label's factory in Schattdorf with participants of the women's project, our mentors, and business partners and spent a pleasant afternoon together.

The successes we were able to celebrate:

• All participants in the longer-term education programs were able to completely free themselves from social assistance and are now financially independent in their professional lives.
• 18 adults with a refugee background have successfully completed vocational training .

A success that, according to the evaluation, means savings in the millions for the public sector.

We were also very optimistic about the future. Thanks to newly allocated funding, the women's advancement program can enter its second phase with a new group.
